Leigh Dynan
OWNER / Managing Director
With 25 years of experience working in the catering industry, Leigh developed a love and passion for fueling people with great quality food and service. He started LD Catering in 2010 with making real, good, food, made from scratch, accessible to everyone his goal.
As people in the food industry, he believes we have a duty to educate the people we work with and serve, whether it’s introducing someone to new flavours and tastes through the food we create or leading the way by reducing the amount of waste generated on a daily basis. He believes that good food can be served from anywhere, all you need is a kitchen!
Susan Carson
Operations Manager
With over 35 years of experience in contract and banqueting catering we like to call Susan the food veteran!
Focused on high standards for taste, quality and service, Susan’s attention to detail is second to none. She has prepared meals for state figures that include prime ministers and even the queen!
James Abulhanna
Executive Chef
James has 22 years of experience working at various levels which includes Head Chef in the food industry. He worked at the Marriott International Hotel serving high-level sports teams with special dietary requirements. These teams include Manchester United FC, Tottenham FC, Liverpool DX, Barcelona FC, Real Madrid FC, New Zealand and Australia rugby teams.
James also spent time as a sous chef at The Cavendish Hotel on Jermyn Street, London achieving two AA Rosettes.
Lam Tran
Head Chef
1 of 8 of our experienced Head Chefs, Lam with over 20 years of experience runs a kitchen in London with over 1500 operatives. Managing and working closely with other chefs of all levels, Lam loves creating exciting menus, mouth-watering recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.
